Session 2
Self-Love Unleashed
You can’t give what you don’t have, so if loving interaction is the basis of effective parenting, we gotta start with self-love. In Session 2, we’ll replenish your reservoirs of self-love, ignting a powerful transformation within. You’ll reteach your inner children (the parts of you that got left behind) how worthy they are of unconditional love, paving the way for a whole new level of loving interactions with your child.

Mastering Triggers
Say goodbye to frazzled responses. In this module, you’ll master some deep NLP-based and trauma-informed instant state-change technologies, turning triggers into opportunities for growth. Become the confident, calm authority your child needs, fostering cooperation with minimal effort.

Deep Connection Blueprint
Authentic connection is like a magical potion that can drastically shift any relationship. In Session 4, you’ll experience a nurturing internal encounter with your own parental influences (who live on inside you) to begin healing the parts of you that limit your capacity for deep connection. Rewriting Belief Systems
Your beliefs create your reality. In Session 5, we’ll find and transform the limiting beliefs that have been getting in the way of your relationship. Shed historical baggage, embrace freedom of choice, and welcome a future where anything is possible for you and your family.
Session 6
Congruent Limit Setting
Boundaries matter, but they only work if the parent is congruent about them. In Session 6, I’ll walk you through the process of harmonizing conflicting inner voices to resolve subconscious ambivalence. This will enable you to uphold your rules with confidence and poise, and become the consistent, predictable parent your child can look up to and count on.
Session 7
Learning to let go
Letting go leads to growth, and makes room for change to happen. In Session 7, you’ll empower both yourself and your child by letting go of the “death grip” on specific outcomes. Learn to create space for your child’s choices, preventing power struggles and fostering peace and acceptance within your home.
